Pabst, Kinney & Associates targets every aspect of property management to provide our customers with the most extensive and efficient service possible. We work with owners to tailor our programs and services to best achieve their goals and meet the needs of their properties. We interface with vendors to ensure the properties we manage are maintained properly and at a reasonable price. We assist tenants by ensuring their moves are easy, their apartments and condos are serviced promptly and paying rent is as convenient as possible.
Pabst-Kinney also provides services to homeowner associations, including maintenance management, financial services and administration. We take the burden of responsibility off of the board and homeowners, so people are able to simply enjoy their homes rather than worry about all the intricacies of maintaining their joint and personal property. We do everything from soliciting bids for contract work to creating annual budgets.
Our Property Management department currently services over 250 apartment buildings, 150 homes and condos, 12 commercial centers and 40 homeowner associations. Our occupancy rate is 96% for the more than 2,700 units we manage. Our experienced professionals provide the acumen and ingenuity to make income properties perform to their potential.
