Our professional Homeowners' Association management team specializes in working with Board Members to help solve the “challenges” that come with condominium ownership. Property Management
- Perform thorough periodic inspections to identify maintenence and safety issues for each property.
- Hire vendors who have established qualifications; verify insurance and necessary licenses; obtain competitive bids; negotiate contracts; and supervise the vendor’s performance.
- Provide monthly updates to the board on repairs, maintenence and projects.
Financial Management - Accounting & Collections
- Print and mail monthly and special assessment statements to homeowners
- Collect monthly fees and special assessments. Post to HOA’s account, follow-up with delinquents, and collect late fees. All late fees obtained will be deposited to the association’s account.
- Produce monthly income / expense reports, trial balance reports, general ledger reports, & delinquencies.
Administrative Services
- Board meetings and enforcement of CC&R’s.
- Delinquent collection and follow-up.
- Reserve fun services.
- Preparation of annual budget.
