Large property management company seeking full time Experienced Property Manager to oversee a current portfolio in office of 335 mixed residential and commercial accounts , CAM certification a plus, strong communication skills, both verbal and written and detail follow up a must. Appfolio software as well as all current Landlord Tenant Laws required. Analyzing of financial statements, strong interpersonal skills to work directly with owners, tenants, vendors and company staff members.
Must possess independent decision making capabilities. Exempt status position with on call requirements as needed, company phone, shared company vehicles with staff, desk station with phone, computer, etc. paid mileage for personal vehicle. Annual salary $70,380–$72,000 or up pending experience.
